Tai chi, a form of Chinese martial arts that focuses on slow, controlled movements. It’s low impact and gives people with limited mobility a chance to improve their balance, range of motion and coordination.

There is not fee to attend Tai Chi, but there is a suggested donation of $2 per class.

Chair yoga is practiced sitting in a chair or standing but using a chair for support. It is a gentle form of yoga that is recommended for folks with physical limitations (e.g. back problems, balance issues, etc.)

There is no fee to attend Chair Exercise, but there is a suggested donation of $2 per class.
